Capita's Surveys and Research business was established in 1991 and is one of the largest and most experienced providers of employee and stakeholder survey services in the UK, undertaking research using multi-mode approaches, including postal, web, and telephone (CATI) surveys, focus groups and discovery interviews.
We work with a wide range of organisations including HEIs, colleges, the NHS, local authorities, fire and rescue services, government agencies, independent healthcare organisations, charities and private sector businesses.

Our work focuses on supporting organisations to better understand what drives people's needs, perceptions and behaviours both internally through employee engagement, and externally by listening and acting upon stakeholder feedback, whether from students, customers, service users, wider stakeholders or the public. It is a continuous process and, if done correctly, drives lasting improvement.
We are developing more innovative ways to listen and engage with people, and digital technology is creating a more dynamic and sophisticated platform to drive higher levels of engagement and to support continuous improvement across organisations, work areas, teams and individuals.
We have developed our online web-survey tool so that it is easy to navigate, and access is available through any web-browser and multiple devices including PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
We have also invested time and energy into developing our reporting options, including our online further analysis reporting tool 'Investigate'.
